My use of integrative massage comes from my own healing journey working with my own health and fully living and fully thriving with Rheumatoid Arthritis. and most recently going through treatments and recovery for stage 3b hers 2 + invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer. Myhealth was and is my inspiration to become an integrative bodyworker as I have a unique and personal perspective on working with those in pain. I bring in all of my healing modalities into each session as needed for the individuals session.
I am a graduate of Oregon School of Massage and have been in a private practice as well as having worked in a variety of chiropractic settings, assisting those with therapeutic and injury rehabilitation as well as restorative massage and intuitive guided reiki healing sessions. I have trained with master teachers in many fields of healing.
I am an Usui Reiki Master and have been a Reiki practitioner for over 20 years. My First Degree and Second Degree Usui Reiki Initiations were with Christy Carl. Usui Holy Fire Reiki 1,2 and Reiki Master placements and ignition with Barb Westover.
I was taken on as a student for mentorship and teachings working with traditional lessons working with the Medicine Wheel and Shamanic Healing Practices with Lakota Elder Robert “Hasa” Brown.
I am a Shamanic and B meta Breathwork Facilitator and Practitioner .Trainings, teachings, mentorship and self healing work, with certifications through Freedom Rising with Pam Savory and Barb Westover and Venus Rising with Linda Starwolf.

I have been Gluten Free for over 30 years and have worked with natural healing modalities for mine and my families health for many years. My own healing journey has been my number 1 teacher and my inspiration to help others find their way to help their bodies to remember, to heal and to thrive.
When not massaging, you can find me out enjoying nature, soaking in hot springs under the stars, gardening, spending time with my family or nerding out making plant medicine.
