Covid Policies:

Please Note: I am following Covid-19 news daily and if at any time it feels unsafe to proceed, I will temporarily close down to insure yours and others’ safety. If this happens during your scheduled appointment time, you will be put on a priority list to be rescheduled.

Please rest assured that all strict and proper sanitization protocols are being implemented in between each massage.

Covid Cancellations:

If you have knowingly been exposed to anyone who is ill or are showing any symptoms of illness, please cancel. You may reschedule after waiting 14 days of exposure and are symptom free. If you are ill you must be symptom free for 72 hours prior to scheduling. This is for the safety of you,your families, myself and my family and my other clients.

  • There will be no cancellation fees for illness or quarantine cancellations.

  • It is best to call or text for all cancellations.

Covid-19 massage scheduled session protocols:

  • Plan on arriving 10-15 min before scheduled massage start time

  • Text me upon your arrival

  • Wait in car for text from me to let you know the room is ready for your massage

  • Masks , properly worn (over nose and mouth) are required before entering and throughout massage.

  • Upon entering, plan on using restroom and washing hands prior to massage

  • Complete symptom screening, review and sign release and covid massage risk consent forms prior to each appointment

Earthroots Policies:

Cancellations: Earthroots requires a 48 hr notice if needing to cancel or reschedule due to non-emergency. or illness.

  • This time allows me to fill the available openings on the schedule.

  • There is a 50% charge for no shows and last minute cancellations not due to illness or emergencies.

Late Arrivals:

  • To make sure massage starts on time, plan on arriving 10-15 minutes prior to massage time scheduled. This allows plenty of time for a check in before massage.

  • If you are late upon arrival, your massage will still end for time scheduled and charged for full amount. This will assist me to stay on schedule for clients throughout the day.
